Wedding and Reception at the B Ocean Resort / Fort Lauderdale

DJ Gregg here with today's installment of the wedding blog!
On Saturday, March 18th, I had the pleasure of being the DJ for Eric and Noke
They were married at the B. Ocean resort....right on the sand!
It was a beautiful day, the wind was light and the air was not too hot. A perfect day for a beach wedding. As the guests gathered, I was asked to play some classical tunes. You know, Beethoven Bach, etc.
Then the bridal party walked down the aisle. Shortly after that Noke walked on the sand with the traditional Bridal March playing. There was a sand ceremony and the minister did a great job.
After that I invited everyone into the hotel for cocktail hour. I was asked to play some "South Beach Lounge" music. Very smooth EDM.
Soon after, all of the guests went to the main dining room. I played "Sexy and I know it" by LMFAO for the entire bridal party to enter.
Then Noke and Eric danced the first dance. "Quando, Quando by Buble' was used. Very appropriate......
After that I invited all of the guests to dance. We then did the toasts, blessing and then dinner was served. I was asked to play a mix of oldies and light vocals during dinner.
After dinner was when we really picked up the pace.
We danced to all different styles and genres, however the 80's were very popular.
The parent dances were touching. "Daddy's Little Girl" and "La Vie En Rose" were used.
I immediately picked up the pace again and we danced the rest of the night.
