Wedding and Reception at the Southernmost Beach Resort / Key West

Chris and Jackie's wedding was held at the beautiful Southernmost Beach Resort in Key West, FL on Saturday, March 30th. The bridal party arrived early to take some pictures with the photographer by the water before the sun went down. The ceremony was held on the sand overlooking the calm and crystal clear ocean water. Guests began to arrive shortly after 4pm to watch the two exchange vows. The bridal party and bride walked down to Baleen Morning by Rivers Arms. The Officiant proceeded with the ceremony and ended with a prayer before announcing the couple as husband and wife. The new Mr. and Mrs. Lindsey chose Sommar by Ehrling as their recessional song before leading the the bridal party and all their guests around the bar area for the cocktail hour. After the cocktail hour I asked that everyone find their seating arrangements before introducing the bride and groom. At the couples request, the room was illuminated with beautiful green uplighting to match the bridesmaid dresses and centerpieces. The newlyweds walked in to Forever Mine by O'Jays and immediately joined hands in the center of the dance floor as they embraced each other and enjoyed their first dance. Following the first dance of the newlyweds, I invited the mothers of Chris and Jackie to join them on the dance floor for their first dance to Mama Said by Shirelle, concluding in a huge applause from all their guests. After that it was a party for the rest of the night and everyone was dancing to my selection of reggae and dance party favorites. Congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs. Lindsey.
