Wedding Reception at the Renaissance Hotel / Boca Raton

Kristina and Steven Blaha celebrated their wedding at the Boca Renaissance Hotel in Boca Raton, FL on 1/24/2015.  The ceremony took place at a nearby church then all of the approximate 120 guests were invited to the Boca Renaissance for the cocktail hour and reception.  As the guests arrived they were welcomed with drinks , appetizers and the live steel drum sounds of our very own Mr. Brian Henry.  The ballroom was decorated with 24 amber colored, LED, wireless up-lights and dance floor lights all provided by Eddie B & Company.  After the cocktail hour all of the guests were invited into the main ballroom for the grand entrance and reception.  Kristina chose Fireball by Pitbull for the 19 member bridal party's entrance and Time Of Our Lives by Pitbull and NeYo for her and Steven's entrance.  The first dance was to All Of Me by John Legend then half way through the song I played the Tiesto version of All Of Me for the bridal party to join in.  Kristina danced with her dad to Always by Bon Jovi and Steven dance with his mom to Somewhere Over The Rainbow by Izzy K.  The toasts were given by Marisa (maid of honor) and Tory (best man) then Lynwood Carol gave the blessing before the meal.  All of the guests found their seats and the reception was under way.  Kristina did provide me with a play list that included top 40, r&b, classic rock, 80's and 90's hits and a few Filipino traditional songs.  After dinner the dance floor filled up quickly with all of the guests.  They enjoyed the mix of music and even requested a few group dances like the Cha Cha Slide, Cupid Shuffle and The Wobble.  It was so much fun watching everyone dance and enjoy the evening.  The dancing paused for the cake cutting and garter/bouquet toss then it was back to the dance floor for more fun.  The closing song for the evening was Last Dance by Donna Summer as all of the remaining guests danced around Kristina and Steven on the dance floor.  Congrats to Kristina, Steven and the entire Caramat and Blaha families.  Special thanks to the staff at the Boca Renaissance Hotel for their excellent service and for making it easy to work together!!
