I played at an amazing marathon 40th surprise Birthday Party on Saturday 1/8/2010.  The birthday girls name was Samantha and her husband Todd was the one who set up the surprise.  I say marathon because it was originally a 5 hour party (7:30-12:30), well it lasted till 4:30am.  9 hours of dancing, prizes and complete craziness!!  It started off very calm for the first 2 hours then the alcohol kicked in.  Todd gave out prizes for best dressed couple, cutest couple and best dancer.  A few people got thrown in the pool towards the end of the night.  I played everything from 60's rock classics to top 40.  Just imagine 9 hours of non-stop music. Wow!! Imagine what her 50th birthday will be like(i cant wait)!!
