42nd Birthday Party at a Private Residence

I had a funky time DJing Lauren's Birthday Party on December 10, 2022. Lauren and her family had just moved into an amazing new home! I set up with one of Eddie B's LED Dance Floors that lights up and moves to themusic! The party had a 70s theme and one of Eddie's photo booths was set up with a 1970s background with a disco mirror ball to take pictures in front of! I played mostly 70s-80s Disco but mixed in some remixes and current hits. Lot's of great enhanced versions of older Disco songs are coming out these days that maintain the feel of the classic version. One of those is the Block and Crown version of I Will Survive. I played Stayin Alive, Shake Your Booty, KC and the Sunshine Band, Dianna Ross and all the best disco like Brick House and Boogie Wonderland. Disco stays alive today with music from Lizzo with "It's About Damn Time". I played the Cupid Shuffle, the Macarena, the Cha Cha Slide and YMCA at this party! Everyone's costumes were great! All 70s with Afros and necklaces and Farah Fawcett hair. Lauren's party was a blast and I wish I had been around in the 70s because it looks like it was awesome! Happy Birthday Lauren!
