50th Birthday Party
Katherine Alexandra's 50th Birthday celebration was a 70s style extravaganza!
More than 100 guests dressed in 70s fashion and danced to Disco, Funk and Rock
music depicting that era. The party was an outdoor event with lots of food and
drink. The decor was pure 70s. Record sleeves from that time were placed on
every table and yes there was a working mirror ball! People danced to the hits
from that time period. There was a birthday cake cutting ceremony and I played
Stevie Wonder's Happy Birthday plus a traditional version which everyone sang
along with.The evening concluded with Donna Summer's Last Dance! DJ/MC John Terry
