50th Birthday Party Aboard the Sun Dream Yacht

Francisco's 50th birthday party was held aboard the beautiful Sun Dream Yacht in Ft. Lauderdale, FL on Saturday, June 16th. Guests began to arrive shortly after 5:30pm as some background pop music played throughout the boat while everyone was socializing. During the cocktail hour we held a dance segment on the dance floor while I played some 80s dance party hits by artists like Michael Jackson and Madonna while the guest of honor made everyone get on the dance floor to have some fun. At 7:30 I invited the guests down to the dining deck for dinner as I played some cool jazz so the guests can talk and enjoy themselves. Around 9:15pm I invited the guests back upstairs to gather around the dance floor on the mid-deck as we all welcomed Francisco into his 50th year and sang Happy Birthday to kick off the party. I then invited everyone to the back of the room to watch Francisco cut his cake while I played Sweet Dreams by Eurythmics. After that I invited everyone back to the dance floor to party for the rest of the night. I played a nice mix of 80s disco and 90s dance hits and even took some requests for all the guests to enjoy. The last song of the night was MacArthur Park by Donna Summer as all the guests joined hands and sang along before giving Francisco a big group hug to end the evening.
