50th Birthday Party at the Tropical Acres Steakhouse

Dan's 50th birthday party was held at Tropical Acres Steakhouse in Davie, FL on Saturday, September 28th. Guests began to arrive shortly after 7pm as some background pop music played throughout the banquet hall while everyone was socializing. Anticipating the arrival of the birthday boy, guests were invited to make song requests and take pictures in our Strike A Pose Photo Booth while I played some 80s dance party hits by artists like Michael Jackson and Madonna. At 7:30pm I asked everyone to gather around as we welcomed Dan to his surprise 50th birthday party by yelling "SURPRISE!” as I played You Gotta Fight For Your Right to Party by the Beastie Boys. Dan walked around saying hello to his family and friends and thanking everyone for joining him in celebration of the big 50. We sang Happy Birthday to kick off the party then I invited everyone to the dance floor to watch Dan cut his cake while I played Sweet Dreams by Eurythmics. I played a nice mix of 80s and 90s dance hits and even took some requests for all the guests to enjoy. Thank you Dan and friends for such a fun party. You guys were a great crowd - DJ ELOW
