50th Wedding Anniversary at Jacaranda Country Club

Lillian and Robert Fiume celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary at the Jacaranda Country Club in Plantation, FL on 9/4/2021.   Approximately 70 close friends and family members arrived to the country club that Saturday evening and were directed to the clubhouse bar for drinks and appetizers.  All of the guests mingled while I played a mix of Rat Pack favorites at the cocktail hour.  As all of the guests made their way into the ballroom I lined up Lillian and Robert and their best friends Flip and Maryanne for a grand entrance.  Lillian and Robert danced to their original first dance song which was The Wonder Of You by Elvis then Flip and Maryanne danced to Till by The Angels.  Everyone found their seats then Robert thanked all of the friends and family for attending then a 3 course meal was ready for all to enjoy.  I had lots of fun playing oldies that night.  What a great group of guests (full of energy) all night.  The closing song for the evening was my all time favorite New York, New York by Frank Sinatra and that put a bow on a fabulous 50th Anniversary Bash.
