Bar Mitzvah at Bret Breira Sammuel Or Olam

Mazel Tov Bloggers! DJ Gregg here again with an another installment  This issue is all about Chad!. It was his Bar Mitzvah celebration on Saturday and it was a great party. As the guests walked in, we kept it very upbeat and current. New music was the asking here.   Now time to do the grand entrance. I introduced his sisters first, them Mom and Dad, and the THE MAN!!! Chad came in smiling from ear to ear. We then proceeded to do the traditional Motzie Blessing over the Challah bread. It is usually done by an elder family member and no difference here. Chad introduced his grandparents and great aunts and uncles for this honored tradition.   I then asked Chad to the dance floor to do the first dance with his mom. "Never grow up" by Taylor Swift. I proceeded to invite the rest of the couples to dance in the middle of this song. We then went into the celebration Hora! This is a fun traditional song set, where the family and the guest of honor get lifted up in chairs. Very Fun!  Then we dance them for a little bit. After dinner, we focused on the kids. Mom and dad wanted this to be all about the kids. and it was! We played games like Coke and Pepsi, and danced the kids to the latest music. DJ Keith was on the money all night!  A great time was had by all!!!
