Bat Mitzvah at The View Colony West Country Club
Hali and Matt Meyer were the proud hosts for their daughter Molly's Bat-Mitzvah at The View at the Colony West Country Club in Tamarac, FL on 9/26/2026. Approximately 100 close friends and family members arrived to The View and were directed to the cocktail hour for refreshments and appetizers. I played a mix of 2026 top 40 pop instrumentals as they all mingled. Myself and Alberto took the time to decorate the ballroom with 20 LED, wireless up-lights, dance floor lights, 2 Sparktakular Cold Sparks and our "Open Air" photo booth all provided by Eddie B & Company. As all of the guests entered the ballroom, I had Molly prepare for her grand entrance. She chose Worth It by 5th Harmony as her intro song, then we went right into the traditional Jewish Hora. Her siblings Colby and Bradley also were included in the chair lifting then everyone found their seats for a buffet style dinner. During dinner, Hali and Matt did thank everyone for attending Molly's big day. She then performed the candle lighting ceremony and we all sang Happy Birthday to the Bat-mitzvah girl. The dancing continued after dinner then the 2 LED Robots (also provided by Eddie B and Co.) entered the dance floor and the energy went through the roof. I gave out several prizes to the best dancers and overall fun-seekers as the evening progressed. The closing song for the evening was Can't Hold Us by MacLamore and that put a bow on a fabulous Bat-mitzvah.
Congrats to Molly and her friends and family members for making this event memorable and amazing.
