Birthday Party Aboard the Sun Dream Yacht
John Baker was the host for his wife Donna's 60th Birthday Bash aboard the Sun Dream Yacht out of Ft. Lauderdale, FL on 12/26/2025. Approximately 40 guests boarded the Sun Dream and were directed to the top deck for the cocktail hour. I played a mix of easy listening tunes while they all mingled and enjoyed drinks, appetizers and the beautiful view of the S. Florida intercostal water ways. When it was time for the buffet style dinner, all of the guests made their way down to the main deck. Several guests gave speeches and toasts during dinner, then they all came back up to the mid-deck for some dancing fun. I played a mix of top 40, classic disco and 80s dance tunes for the rest of the evening. We did take a short break to sing Happy Birthday to Donna then it was back top the dance floor. As the Sun Dream approached the dock I played Last Dance by Donna Summer as the closing song.
Congrats to Donna on her special day and to John for putting together an amazing cruise.
