Birthday Party at the Fort Lauderdale Country Club
Saturday evening at The Ft. Lauderdale C.C. is where family and friends came to celebrate with Jackie on his 60th bday bash. Jackie is a Chicago Cubs fan so the theme of the party was of course The Chicago Cubs, for the cake, to the hot dogs and popcorn and even to the music played by DJ Marc evens.
Guests arrived and drank to music that was upbeat and then we started to dance to line dances and the music from all the eras.. I lead the group in the Cupid Shuffle, The Electric slide, The Macarena and the YMCA.
Jackie cut the cake to Take Me Out to The Ball game and then we sang happy birthday.
The party continued to the end as I played Last Dance by Donna Summer as Jackie looks towards his 61st party with DJ Marc Evans.
