Class Reunion at the Bahia Mar Resort
The 50th Class reunion of Stranahan High School’s Class of ’62 at Bahia Mar Resort was a rousing success. Over 200 people were in attendance and it was quite a night of memories for all. First I’d like to commend the committee members who organized the great slide presentation. It was fantastic to say the least! We channeled the sound through my sound system for audio effect and the presentation was followed with a standing ovation. Secondly, I must mention that everyone’s song requests were right on! I was able to play classics from the 50s and 60s with no deviation. People danced all night. Thirdly, I want to give special mention to photographer Jason Leidy for his energy and enthusiasm. It is always very difficult to organize a group photo of 200 people but Jason made it fun. Lastly, the folks at Bahia Mar were a joy to work with and everything went as planned.
