Class Reunion at the Riverside Hotel

Miami Carol City High School held their 40th year high school reunion at the Riverside Hotel in Ft. Lauderdale, FL on 8/21 and 8/22/2015.  This 2 day event began on Friday the 21st at the Riverside Hotel (1st floor) where approximately 100 class mates arrived and mingled while I played a mix of 70's and 80's hits.  Friday was mostly a meet and greet 3 hour event so everyone can get familiar with each other.  Saturday was more formal with a buffet style dinner, slide show, announcements and speeches.  This event was held on the 8th floor of the hotel and the classes of 1974, 75 and 76 were very well represented that evening.  I also played a mix of 70's and 80's pop tunes for all to enjoy on Saturday and we ended the evening with the singing of the schools Alma mater.  Congrats to all of the classes and I hope to see you all again for the 45th year reunion.
