Corporate Event Aboard the Catalina Yacht

Prime Global held their annual event aboard the Catalina Yacht out of Ft. Lauderdale, FL on 1/8/2024.  Approximately 100 co-workers and their guests boarded the Catalina for a 3 hour cruise along the S. Florida inter-coastal water ways.  The cocktail hour took place on the top deck and that is where most of the guests enjoyed drinks and appetizers as I played a mix of tropical and easy listening tunes.  The dinner portion of the event was held on the main deck.  Everyone was treated to a buffet style meal then most of the guests stayed on the main deck to watch the National College Championship game.  I did play a mix of country, top 40, latin favorites and group dances for all to enjoy.  As we approached the dock I was asked to play Come On Eileen by Dexy's Midnight Runners as the closing song.
