Corporate Event Aboard the Catalina Yacht

Siemens Med. Inc. held their event aboard the Catalina Yacht out of Ft. Lauderdale, FL on 5/14/2024.  Approximately 100 co-workers and their guests boarded the Catalina that Tuesday night for a 4 hour cruise along the S. Florida intercostal water ways.  The cocktail hour took place on the top deck and that is where all of the guests mingled and enjoyed drinks and appetizers.  I played a mix of tropical tunes for the first hour then everyone was invited to the main deck for a buffet style dinner, awards and a dessert station.  After dinner I did play a mix of top 40, latin favorites, 80s and 90s dance hits and Motown.  The dance floor was hot that night and as the event progressed I did take a few requests for more latin music.  As the Catalina approached the dock I played Closing Time by Semisonic as the last song. 

Congrats to Siemens Med. for another successful season and I hope to see them all again next year.
