Corporate Event Aboard the Catalina Yacht

Empire Builders held their event aboard the Catalina Yacht out of the James L. Knight Center Hyatt in Miami, FL on 10/28/2024.  Approximately 150 co-workers and guests boarded the Catalina that Monday night for a 4 hour cruise along the Miami intercostal water ways.  The top deck was the place to be for the first hour, then they all came down to the main deck for a buffet style dinner and announcements.  I played a mix of tropical tunes for the first hour (cocktail hour), then easy listening for the dinner portion and dance hits for the remainder of the cruise.   Most of the guests made their way back up to the top deck while others remained on the main deck for some dancing fun.  As we approached the dock I played Last Dance by Donna Summer and that put a bow on a nice Monday night, Miami cruise.
