Corporate Event Aboard the Sun Dream Yacht

Hastings, Inc. held their event aboard the Sun Dream Yacht out of Ft. Lauderdale, FL on 5/16/2025.  Approximately 50 co-workers boarded the Sun Dream that Friday night for a 4 hour cruise along the S. Florida inter-coastal water ways.  Most of the guests were directed to the top deck for drinks and appetizers at the cocktail hour.  I played a mix of tropical tunes while everyone mingled and enjoyed the beautiful view.  When the buffet style dinner was ready for all to enjoy, I invited all of the guests down to the main deck.  There were a few announcements and recognitions  during dinner then everyone came back up to the mid and top decks for the rest of the cruise.  I played easy listening/yacht rock tunes until the Sun Dream approached the dock. The last song for the evening was Closing Time by Semisonic and that put a bow on a nice Friday night dinner cruise.
