On Saturday evening July 30th at the Broward County Convention Center with 3,000 attendees from the Mid West is where the party rocked with DJ Marc Evans. For the first 20 minutes of the evening s guests were arriving I played background upbeat music to get the large group (approximately 3,000 people), in the mood. Once we began, there was not an empty spot on the dance floor as I played everything from Country, Hip Hop, Motown, Disco and all eras far and between.
Line dancing was the ultimate dance craze as we danced country line dances from Cotton eye joe, Watermelon Crawl, Luke Bryan, George Strait, Faith Hill and every line dance song for country I had I played and it rocked!!!
Then we got into the other line dances and eras such as The Wobble, Cupid Shuffle, The Wop, Jump on it, Baby Got Back, Tootsie Roll, Nae Nae, and many more.
From the Motown era we did Shout, Mony Mony, The Twist, Love Shack and that rocked the older crowd.
It didn't matter what I played for whom they all danced as the atmosphere was awesome and I was taking requests and playing them left and right.
DJ Marc Evans rocked the crowd of 3,000 like I was in a rock concert.. Next year it will be a larger crowd and Marc of Eddie B & Company will do it again...
