Corporate Event at the Hawk's Cay Resort / Florida Keys

The Engineering Contractor's Association 29th annual Fishing Tournament fundraiser took place  at Hawk's Cay Resort on Saturday May 11th, 2013,  in the Florida Keys and was a rousing success. We set up 2 sound systems. One for the cocktail Hour and a Main system in the Ballroom. There were 350 people in attendance and which included many of the sponsors. The evening was a mixture of award ceremonies, raffles for the fundraiser and, of course, music and dancing. I provided cordless microphones  for the speakers and accented the presentations with effects and pomp and circumstance - musical effects. After the ceremonies the audience danced to a variety of music till closing time.

I want to extend special thanks to the professional Staff at Hawk's Cay resort for a fine job and for their attention to detail. Also, all the committee members from ECA whose hard work made the event successful and with a nice flow.
