Corporate Event for Mizner Electric
On Friday 10/24, I had the pleasure of playing music for Mizner Electric. They are one of the largest electrical contractors in the state. they had their annual Foreman's Steak dinner. The venue was at their office in Delray Beach. Just a block from the Delray strip. The courtyard was tented and there were tables to handle over 200 of the foremen and their spouses.
As the guests arrived, I played some smooth "South Beach" style music. It set a nice tone for the evening.
The food was provided by Ultimate Cuisine. They always do a first class job.
The music selection was varied, as these folks were interested in conversation and libations, rather than dancing. I played the current hits as well as some classic rock and country.
Since it was outdoors, there were plenty of cigars to go around as well.
The awards ceremony was impressive with folks getting awards as long as 30 years of service to the company.
All in all it was a nice event and I am looking forward to working with them again soon! DJ/MC Gregg Pellito
