Corporate Holiday Party at Deer Creek Country Club

DJ Gregg again with the next installment of the DJ Blog.On Saturday, 12/22/18 I had the pleasure of hosting the Holiday party for ARL Logistics.It was held at the Deer Creek Country Club in Deerfield Beach. I really enjoy working there. They are always so nice and pleasant.

As the guests arrived I played Christmas music mixed in with some smooth sounds. Once the guests were settled in, I introduced Johnny T. He was a great singer that sang a lot of the old crooner hits. (Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra, Bennet, Buble' ect.) He was perfect for the dinner hour. The guests really enjoyed him. 

After dinner I picked up the pace and played top 40 and dance hits. The big hit however was Latin Music. We were also able to play a lot of the old 70's and 80's tunes. This was a very mixed crowd. The owners were from New York and Italian, like myself. So it was a real treat to play all of the tunes that they loved and I grew up with! Towards the end of the evening, Santa Claus arrived and raffled off some great prizes. Then we then picked up the pace and danced the rest of the evening. The floor was packed all night!
