Corporate Holiday Party at Embassy Suites / Deerfield Beach

Motion Point celebrated their holiday party in style at Embassy Suites in Deerfield Beach on 12/9/2011.  This is one of the funnest groups that I have ever worked for.  Donna and Carol who are in charge of the event met Eddie B and myself at an event expo at the Embassy Suites a few years ago and this was now the second holiday bash we were hired for.  Last year I met Amor Avhad, he is one of the employees for Motion Point.  Him and his fiance Evelyne had so much fun at the holiday party that he ended up contacting Eddie B and just last week I played at their wedding at the Inverarry Country Club.  This event started with a cocktail hour in the lobby area where the employees were treated to appetizers and an open bar.  Donna and Carol requested Christmas music for that hour.  Soon after everyone entered the beautifully decorated ballroom for anouncements and a buffet style dinner with a carving station.  Everyone was also given 1 raffle ticket for 12 door prizes.  The raffle was drawn after dinner right before the dance floor opened up.  And open up it did!!!  Donna and Carol did not fill out a song request sheet because they know that I am pretty familiar with the style of music that this group loves.  I mixed in top 40, 70's, salsa, merengue,classic rock and reggaeton.  Once again great time had by all.  I want to wish the Motion Point family a Happy Holiday and I will see you next year!!!!
