Corporate Holiday Party at the Embassy Suites Hotel / Deerfield Beach

Motion Point Inc. had an even bigger bash than last year at the Embassy Suites in Deerfield Beach, FL on 12/14/2012.  Last year's Holiday Party had 175 guests, this year there were 225.  They keep growing and growing!!  Donna does a great job every year coordinating the event and this is my 3rd year playing music for this group. I was not presented with a play list but I never need one for these guys. They dance to all genres of music all night long. After the cocktail hour which was held outdoors on the patio, everyone made their way to the main ballroom. This year since the group was so big, the buffet was placed on the dance floor for the first hour inside of the main ballroom. It didn't take long after the meal...the buffet tables were removed and the dance floor got hot. This group is very diverse so I played a little of everything. Top 40, salsa,bachata, merengue, soca, calypso, classic rock...you name it.  I also took plenty of requests. Towards the end of the evening there was a raffle for 15 different gift boxes then they danced till the end. This is another group that I can't wait to see again next Holiday season!!  Happy Holidays Motion Point Group!!!! DJ Ray
