Corporate Holiday Party at the Lighthouse Point Yacht Club
Hello Party People!!!
First and foremost a very special thanks to Kilowatt Electric on Saturday for a wonderful Holiday event!!! We had another amazing location at the Lighthouse Point Yacht Club. The cocktail hour was held outside and the weather was perfect. The temperature was just right...we had a nice blend of h'orderves ranging from pigs in a blanket to crab cakes with a nice outside bar. We played a great medley of steel drum music in the beginning and some soulful classics. Around 8:30 we moved the party indoors and the room was decorated to reflect the Holiday spirit in the air. Around this time we announced the buffet was open and the food was incredible. Prime rib was on the menu and the sides were to absolutely outstanding. After dinner the guest's wasted no time in flooding the dance floor. The party was rocking and from time to time we would pause as we raffled off Holiday gifts to the guest's! It was really nice to raffle of gift's, it is a good refection on why we have Holiday parties to begin with. Around 9:45 we had a surprise for Eddie the owner of the company...little did most people know he was also celebrating his 50th Birthday!!! We called him to the center of the dance floor were we rolled out a beautiful Birthday cake and sang Happy Birthday to Eddie. It was nice to see he was genuinely surprised and touched by the cake. Once the cake was done...the dance floor picked up steam and we literally danced the night away. Around 11:00 pm we were having so much fun Lisa asked me to stay for another half an hour...it was a good call because it was obvious the guest's wanted to keep on dancing!!! After the party was over she booked the same venue for next year...So I plan to see Kilowatt Electric next year again for the re annual Holiday Party!!! A very special thanks to Eddie & Lisa and all who attended the party to make it such a huge success!!! Happy New Year!
