Corporate Karaoke Party Aboard the Catalina Yacht

 

Kirkland and Ellis had a party on the Catalina Yacht on April 10th, 2013. The Karaoke Party was conducted on the bottom deck. DJ Frankie played the best tropical music, kicking off the party with some Jimmy Buffet and Bob Marley. As guests made there way aboard the yacht they were greeted by the Captain and informed them about the yacht safety and rules. The Guests made there way around the yacht, mingling and helping themselves to the great refreshments and beverages provided. Shortly after, a buffet style dinner was served on the top deck. I played light upbeat music during dinner. After dinner Karaoke started, a large group of guests got together to sing, kicking it off with “Hotel California” by The Eagels. After that I kept them singing. Then two guests sang “Rappers Delight” by The Sugarhill Gang making up funny lyrics, having a blast. The guests sang and sang until we docked.

 

The night ended with a karaoke song “Brown Eyed Girl” by Van Morrison sang by the whole group.

 

As the Yacht Docked and The Music Faded DJ Frankie from Eddie B. and Company announced that he hopes everyone had a great time tonight and wished them all a safe and goodnight.
