Corporate Party at Long Key Nature Center
Saturday, August 20th - Long Key Nature Center - Corporate Party
The evening kicked off with guests arriving to a mixture of 60s through today easy listening hits. I also noticed there was a big group of kids in the group so I played some more kid friendly tunes that would also sit well with the adults. Early on, we had a dance floor of parents with their kids dancing on the state of the art LED light up dance floor, provided by Eddie B! This was an anxious bunch so I had to ramp up from there and keep them dancing all the way until dinner service. During dinner, I played a mixture of pop from the 80s-today at a more moderate volume so guests could enjoy each others conversations. After dinner, we picked right back up and went into some Indian music provided to my by the hosts of the party. The light up dance floor was packed the entire night. It was an honor to DJ again for this crew and I look forward to playing for them again in the future. Thank you to the beautiful and unique Long Key Nature Center for hosting such a magical evening.
