Corporate Picnic at Quiet Waters Park

On Saturday June 21st, 2014 Weatherby Healthcare hosted their annual family picnic for 300 or so of their employees and their families. No expense was spared. They did it right. They had a real Bar B Q!

As I arrived, I set up under the pavilion (Thank Goodness.. I will explain later).

The guests had the chance to enjoy many things. Great food, and Ice Cream Truck, face painting for the kids. As well as volleyball and sack races.

The thing that I enjoyed the most was when the 300 or so people decided to cram under the pavilion to get out of the incredible rainstorm that decided to show up and dump a whole lot of water on us! I finally had their undivided attention! We did all of the audience participation song.... you know , the Electric Slide, Cha Cha Slide, Cupid Shuffle, Wobble, etc. ( Thank Goodness no one asked to hear the Macarena...YUCK!)

Well, the sun finally decided to come out and so did all of the guests. They went back to having a great time throughout the picnic venue.

All in all it was a great time and I was happy to be a part of it.

Let's do it again next year!
