Dinner Dance at the Aberdeen Golf Club

Aberdeen Golf and Country Club was the sight for a fabulous dinner and dance event held by the members on 10/12/2012.  The night began with dinner for the 60 members while enjoying a mix of smooth jazz and mellow oldies.  Soon after the dance floor opened up for some dancing.  Most of the members are retired and love their music.  I got a chance to play some oldies that I haven't heard in years.  I took plenty of requests and was surprised when one of the members ask me to play Gangnam Style by Psy.  They did not know the dance routine so I showed them.  That was fun to watch.  They hold this event twice a month on Fridays.  Everyone had a great time for the 3 hours that I was there.  What a great, easy to please crowd.  Hopefully I will be back next month!! DJ Ray
