Fort Lauderdale Boat Parade Party Aboard the Jungle Queen

The Holiday Boat Parade: The Jungle Queen was once again “The Santa Boat” for this year’s Boat Parade on December 15th, 2012, and was sponsored by Baptist Health South Florida. The Folks from Baptist Health had many different groups who were invited guests. The groups included all ages from children to seniors thus there was a need for a very varied assortment of music. Of course the majority of the music played was Holiday selections but the crowd wanted to dance so I played a selection ranging from disco to modern dance. Everybody had a great time and we ended the evening with an up-tempo rendition of Auld Lang Syne. Many sang along. Happy Holidays to All!
