Holiday Party Aboard the Catalina Yacht

On Sunday, December 19th, 2021 I had the pleasure of DJing Phil Smith Kia's Christmas Party on board the Catalina Yacht. Reggaeton, Salsa and Merengue filled up the dance floor as the party went through the night. When the party boarded the mood was for reggaeton with songs from Ozuna, PItbull and Sean Paul. A man named Devon casually talked to me and until the end of the conversation I did not even know he was the President of the company! A truly humble man and boy he likes to dance! I spiced up Cocktail Hour by switching over to salsa music with music like Vivir Mi Vida from Marc Anthony and Lloraras by Oscar D'Leon. After that I switched to Bachata with songs from Romeo Santos and we did the Cupid Shuffle. After dinner Devon spoke to his employees and thanked them for a wonderful year. Then most of the party moved to the top deck to enjoy the Intercoastal Breeze and I played songs from Usher, PItbull, and Ed Sheeran. I even played some Jamaican music by request with Skip to My Luu from Serani. This crowd definitely showcased the diversity we are used to in South Florida. I hope to have the honor of DJing their next party.
