Holiday Party at Private Residence Miami

On 12/21/2012 Todd and Samantha Migon hosted a "The World Did Not End Party" at a beautiful mansion owned by a close friend in Kendall FL.  This year in January I worked Samantha's 40th surprise birthday party which was a blast at the Migon residence in Miami.  So they decided on having another get together and requested me for the music.  Approximately 40 close friends got together on a chilly Friday night to celebrate life, a great year and a new year coming.  After the first two hours they sat down for diner then they played a game that they have been playing for over 15 years.  They each buy about 5 gifts, put it in a big pile, roll a dice and somehow you have to pick a gift from the pile.  This goes on for about 35 minutes.  After a few stiff ones the guests loosened up and the dancing began.  This is a fun group that danced to classic rock, top 40, disco, oldies, motown and merengue.  After 6 hours Todd told me to wrap it up and call it a night (it was 1:30am).  These folks can party!!! Well the world did not end and I am sure that I will see Todd, Samantha and their crazy friends very soon for another event.  Happy New Year!!! DJ Ray
