Homecoming Dance at the Pompano Beach / Marriott
Westminster Homecoming Dance for the Class of 2015
The Westminster Homecoming Dance was held at the beautiful Marriott Hotel in Pompano on October 18th, located right on the beach. The Class of 2015 was ready to party with over 100 students and faculty in attendance. The guests began to arrive shortly after 7pm and were dancing until the hotel closed their ballroom doors at 11pm. I made an announcement at 7:30pm that the buffet was ready for the students to enjoy and brought the music down into some relaxing background tunes for dinner. After a short 20 minute break the kids were ready to begin dancing again. We brought the hall lights down at 8pm and turned on the dance floor lights to turn it into a real party. Everyone had a great time and they asked if i would be back for other school functions so I handed them some business cards and told them I'd be happy to perform for them again.
