On Friday December 31st, 2010 I had the pleasure of ending the year at Max's Grille in Boca. This place was "Rockin" from 9 PM to 2 AM. First of all, if you have never been to Max's do yourself a favor and Go! The dining experience is First Class and the food is De-Lish!!!! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu (they served 1,100 dinners that evening). I actually felt like a guest and enjoyed being part of their New Years celebration. I Started the evening off with "Native New Yorker" a disco classic from the 70's and played everything from the Rolling Stones to Usher. Around 11 PM as the crowd got larger and more festive I went into a modern club mix of music right up to the 12 o'clock countdown. As a tradtition I always play "New Years Day" by U2, right at midnight and they loved it! I was only contracted until 12:30 AM but Management said keep going and I played until 2 AM. Thank you so much to Janet & Tim Ellis for introducing me to Laura, Kristen, and the staff, Two Thumps UP to everyone.
