New Years Eve Wedding at the Hilton Hotel / 17th Street Causeway

Saturday New Years eve and the Wedding celebration for Josh and Karly happened all at once at the same place the beautiful Hilton Ft. Lauderdale. My main focus was the actual party and celebration for the newlyweds. As the guests entered the main room that was lit up with Amber up lighting and created an unbelievable look with their names in a huge Gobo on the wall next to where Josh ad Karly were sitting included their names and two champagne glasses.

Once all the guests were in the room I introduced the bridal party along with the parents to Vacation by Thomas Rhett followed by Josh and Karly to Kiss You in the morning by Michael Ray. As they made their way to the center of the dance floor for there first dance that was choreographed to Wanna Be That song by Brett Eldridge. As soon as Josh dipped Karly I invited all the guests to join them on the dance floor to join them in a celebration Hora as we lifted them in the chairs for the celebration. When it was completed the Father of the bride did a welcome speech, then the blessing over the bread followed by the first course.

I also at this time invited guests to make their way over to Eddie B & Company's  Strike a Pose photo booth where they took pics and placed them in an album and signed it as we provide the book to Josh and Karly at the end of the night.

Once the first course was completed the Man of Honor and the Best Man did the toasts to both Jason and Karly. Then the parent dances were done to Hero By Sarah Carey and Because you loved me by Celine Dion. Dinner was not quite ready so it gave me a chance dance everyone for a few minutes to get them into the party mood. We did a Cupid shuffle with some top 40 dancing.

Dinner was served and as requested by the bride she mentioned they liked sing along songs so during dinner we did sing alongs to Piano Man, Sweet Caroline, American Pie, Don't Stop Believing and many more. As soon as it was complete, we had about 25 minutes to tie 2017 so we cut the cake to Love is Open door by Frozen, the garter and bouquet to Party Up and Man I Feel Like  woman. Before we started to dance again we did a Mezinka which is a Jewish dance for the parents of both the bride and groom as they had married off there last child. Then we jammed as midnight struck Twelve the confetti cannon went off the sirens went on the music was loud and the crowd was jumping for the rest of the evening.

From Country line dancing which was a lot as requested and they loved it to Top 40 and some disco to include line dancing to The Wobble, Electric Slide, Cha Cha slide and many more and evenCotton eye Joe.

The party lasted all night to the very last song from Garth Brooks, Friends in Low Places, as Josh and Karly approached me to thank me as they could not have asked for anything better for there wedding and the New Year. Happy New Year and congrats from DJ Marc Evans and Eddie B & Company...
