Private Event Aboard the Caprice Yacht

The Gay Men's Chorus of S. Florida held their annual event aboard the Caprice Yacht out of Ft. Lauderdale, FL on 7/2/2024.  Approximately 120 guests boarded the Caprice that Tuesday late afternoon for a 4 hour cruise along the S. Florida inter-coastal water ways.  The cocktail hour took place on the top deck where everyone enjoyed drinks and appetizers.  I played a mix of fun tropical tunes while they all mingled then I invited all of the guests to the main deck for a buffet style dinner.  There were a few speeches and giveaways during dinner then they all came up to the mid-deck where I am set-up for some dancing fun.  I played a mix of top 40, classic rock, disco and classic dance hits.  Perfect mix of genres for this very energetic group.  I also took requests for some line dances and as the Caprice approached the dock I played Last Dance by Donna Summer.  Amazing night for some amazing guests.

Congrats to the GMC of SF for another great year and I hope to see them again very soon.
