Quince Celebration at Royal Fiesta

On Saturday August 12th, DJ Chris and I DJ/MC Pedro had the pleasure to play for Mia's Quince party at Royal Fiesta. Eddie B & Company provided the LED up lights throughout the room with a mix of green and turquoise colors, LED dance floor lights, a gobo with Mia's initials on the center of dancefloor and the awesome open air photo booth. As guests were arriving Dj Elow played a mix of dance songs to get everyone in a great party mood. Introductions was to "Blue Sky" by Electric Light Orchestra, followed by the very special waltz ceremony "changing of the shoes" a very special moment for Mia and her father Dana. Father and daughter dance was to "Never Grow Up" by Taylor Swift. Speeches were done by Mia's father Dana, mother Vanessa and little sister Grace. Throughout Dinner Dj Chris played all the fun pop songs and sing along broadway songs, most of Mia's friends are in theater class and drama so broadway songs were a must. After dinner we had the guests gather around dance floor to sing happy birthday, followed by the opening of the dance floor, from there on lights were dimmed and the real party begun. Dj Chris mixed all the hottest new tracks and genres such as hip-hop, top 40's, salsa,merengue, broadway and of course all the fun line dances such as cupid shuffle, wobble, ju ju on that beat, cotton eyed joe and macarena. We had a blast blast with on Mia’s quince.
