Quinceanera at Club 19

                  On July 26th, 2024 Laura celebrated her "Quinceanera" at "Club 19" in Pembroke Pines, FL. Eighty-five of her friends and family attended this grand occasion. The ballroom was tastefully decorated with LED lavender lED up lights and a photobooth provided by Eddie B & Company. As the guests arrived, I played upbeat jazz to set the mood. I had the honor of introducing Laura to the song "Dreaming of you" by Selena as she did her grand entrance and was admired by all who attended. This was followed by a very touching  father-daughter dance with the song "El Reloj" by Luis Miguel and a moving mother-daughter dance interpreted with the song "Slipping Through My Fingers" by Merryl Streep and Amanda Seyfried. Laura performed her last number with her sister Claudia. They performed an ensemble mirror-dance with the songs "Girls" by Rachel Platten transitioning to "Girls just wanna have fun" by Cindy Lauper mixed live by yours truly. Dinner began after a beautiful toast given by Laura's parents. During dinner I played a mix of  "feel good oldies" and "pop hits". We finally opened up the dance floor playing all the "latin favorites" and "top 40 hits" and the most popular line dances setting the tone for the rest of the night. I closed out the dance floor with " The Time '' by the Blackeyed Peas sealing a night to remember.
