Retirement Party at the Bahia Mar Resort

Saturday eve January 8th at The Bahia Mar in Fort Lauderdale is where friends and family along with associates from work came to celebrate the retirement of Dan Petrovich to from the airlines as a pilot for over 37 years.

The list of songs was very long and extensive in genre. But I followed it to all night long.

Guest arrived for drinks as Dan and his family greeted guest to Billy Joel, Steely Dan, Styx and many more artists.

Dinner was the served and the music from the list continued as I played more from the list include Huey Lewis, Cat Stevens, Kenny Loggins who was the families Favorite.

After Dinner and speeches, I played line dances and many requests from the family as thy drank and danced the remainder of the evening with the retiree.

The final songs of the evening were, I Don't Want This Night to end, Beers and Sunshine and Conviction from Kenny Loggins as the family joined on the dance floor to sing this song together. A great end to a great career with DJ Marc Evans.
