Well, you couldn't have asked for a more perfect evening!A sunset Wedding was called for on this beautiful Saturday night, October 2nd. The temperature was excellent
Kristen looked absolutely gorgeous. and the family was truly anticipating her arrival. Jake was calm on the outside, but I could tell he was also VERY EXCITED!
and why not. A wedding is a big step. But I could tell that they were truly made for each other.
The ceremony started with the grandparents walking in to "The long and winding road" by The Beatles. Then the bridesmaids and the bride coming in to a Van Morrison song! It was flawless! And then off to take pictures.
I was asked to keep the cocktail hour light with Island Music: Jimmy Buffet, Bob Marley, etc.
After that I opened the main room and the party started!!!
Our first dance went off without a hitch.
The bride and groom discribed themselve as "Old Souls" so we kept the music in the 70's and 80' at the beginning of the night.
Once dinner was finished, I turned up the heat with the latest Hip Hip and Dance music!I couldn't keep them off the dance floor. It was packed all night long. A great time was had by all.
Good luck to Kristen and Jake!!
