On July 8th 2011 Marc Pomeroy surprised his wife Margie with an unforgettable 50th birthday party aboard the Sundream Yacht. All of the guests arrived early and were directed to the top deck for cocktails and appetizers as they waited for Marge's arrival.  Marc told Marge that they were going to take a water taxi on the intercoastal to have dinner at a restaurant. As Marc and Marge walked out of the hotel to the rear area everyone yelled SURPRISE!!!!!!!  Marge was completely surprised to see her sisters, mother and the rest of her family and friends as she boarded the Sundream. After the cocktail hour everyone was directed to the lower deck for dinner. Towards the end of dinner we managed to pull off a mini-roast for Marge. It started with her sisters then mom then a few family and friends.They said the nicest things about her and there were a few tears. The most heart felt speech was given by Marc who poured his heart out to his beautiful wife then mixed it up with a few jokes. Marge was thrilled and thanked everyone for their kind words. Then...PARTY TIME on the middle deck!! There was a good half hour of dance hits then Marge got to cut her cake and we all sang happy birthday. The highlight of the evening was when all of the girls got on one side and all of the guys on the other and we performed to Grease Mega-Mix. As the Sundream reached to dock we played the last song for the evening which was Last Dance by Donna Summer. At the end everyone on the dance floor made a group hug with Marc and Marge in the middle. It was a perfect way to end a wonderful 50th surprise birthday day.  Marc and Marge I hope you guys had a great time and I will see you for Marge's 60's!!!!!!!
