Sweet 16 at the Wanderers Club
It was a great joy to DJ Giada's Sweet 16 at the beautiful Wanderers Club in Wellington! The party started with introductions of Nonna, and Grandma to ACDC's Thunderstruck, followed by Giada's brothers Rocco and Vito entering to Broadway Girls by Morgan Whalen and Big Scar - So Icy Boys. Followed by Giada's Dad to Morgan Whalen's Whiskey Glasses and Mom to Vengaboys - We Like to Party. For the Birthday Girl's grand entrance I mixed 50 Cent - In Da Club with Black Eyed Peas - I Gotta Feeling, then Party Rock by LMFAO and finally the Birthday Girl Giada came in dancing to Get on the Floor by J Lo! Everyone came in dancing with great fanfare and even a confetti gun! During dinner I played tropical music! Giada's mom gave some great requests so I let her get behind the DJ booth! Then Giada got to DJ! The guests danced the whole night to music like Cupid Shuffle, Conga, Feel This Moment by Pitbull, Trap Queen by Fetty Wap and House Party by Sam Hunt. Also All of the Lights by Kanye West, G6 by Far East Movement and Dior Remix by Pop Smoke. I was happy to take requests. We even played musical chairs toward the end! The whole party was fun and I hope Giada had the most special day of her life!
