Sweet "16" Celebration Aboard the Sundream Yacht
Saturday evening September 26, aboard the Sundream yacht out of Ft. Lauderdale is where friends and family spent the evening sailing down the intracoastal. As the guests boarded the yacht, the selection of music was Island, Reggae and steel drums. Once the boat was under way the adults remained on the top deck of the boat as Katie's friends remained on the dance floor level moving and grooving to the songs from the request sheet and asking me for special requests.
The line dance list included The Cupid Shuffle, Macarena, The Wobble, Whip It, Cha Cha Slide and many others that kept the young adults dancing all night long. As they went for dinner down stairs I remained playing requests off the list which included, Gap Band, Rihanna, Wham, 50 Cent, Bob Marley, Pitbull and many others.
Once dinner concluded they all quickly came back upstairs to continue the dancing as they requested more songs and did more line dances. As the boat began to dock they all sang Semisonics, Closing time and then thanked me for a fun evening aboard the Sundream Yacht. Happy Birthday Katie - DJ Marc Evans
