Three Day Corporate Event at the Hyatt Regency / Bonaventure

On February 8th, 9th, and 10thI More Direct held their annual three day conference at the Hyatt Regency in Bonaventure. There were approximately 200 attendees and vendors and for the fourth year in a row we provided background music for 2 of the evenings and then the final day was a tropical cocktail party and an awards ceremony. More Direct sells IT products to companies all over the world. We also provide entertainment for their annual Holiday party. The age group for the conference is 30 to 65 and the products displayed are all the latest technology has to offer. I personally enjoy having conversations with many of the guests about music and their companies. The music format I present is popular music from the 60's, 70's, and 80's, including Tropical, Country, R&B, Motown, Adult Contemporay, and Classic Rock. Like I mentioned earlier I am there to provide an atmosphere and not drive a dance floor. This year they also added a variety of recreational games including ping pong, basketball shoot out, football toss, air hockey, golf putt putt and a few others for everyone to enjoy while visiting the individual booths. There are also a variety of food stations set up throughout the two ballrooms and cocktail bars for all of the guests to enjoy. I want to thank Anna and her staff for a job well done and making feel at home. Also two thumbs up to the entire wait staff, chefs, and the Hyatt Regency for providing a first class facility, food service, and professional atmosphere for this three day event.
