Good Day Bloggers!
DJ Gregg here with this weeks installment of the wedding blog.
Today's episode brings us to the Conrad Hotel on Fort Lauderdale beach for the Wedding Reception of Monique and Marcel.
The ballroom was ready to open. It was illuminated with Royal Blue LED up-lights provided by Eddie B & Company. It really looked great!
The guests entered and found their seats. I then lined up Monique and Marcel and they entered the room to a thunderous applause.
Monique & Marcel danced to "Perfect" by Ed Sheeran as their first dance. This was very special, as they were dancing on the Cumulus Cloud special effect which was provided by Eddie B & Company.
Next, dinner was served. I played a lot of the special requests from Monique and Marcel. Including Motown, old school R & B and other great tunes!
After dinner, I started the dancing with a romantic ballad and proceeded to kick it up a notch after that! I played a lot of Top 40, 90's 80's and 70's. The dance floor was packed!
We then proceeded to cut the cake. I played "Sugar" by Maroon 5. After that, we continued with the party.
A while later, I surprised the crowd when the "LED Dancing Robot" made his entrance! He's about 8 ft. tall and covered in LED lights from head to toe! He proceeded to do a great dance set and really got the guests motivated. Once he made his exit, I proceeded to do the garter and bouquet toss. I played "Milkshake" and "My Pony" respectively. Once that ended, I proceeded to get the party started again.
This was a dancing group of party goers...the floor was packed all night!!!
As the evening came to a close, we invited all of the guests to the dance floor for the last dance. "Don't Stop Believin" by Journey was chosen!
Congrats to Monique and Marcel!
