Wedding and Reception at Deer Creek Country Club

Kat and Jon Olson celebrated their wedding at the Deer Creek Country Club in Deerfield Beach, FL on 3/15/2019.  The outdoor ceremony took place by the waterfall.  Approximately 90 guests arrived to the country club that Friday late afternoon and witnessed the happy couple make it official with a big kiss.  The cocktail hour followed immediately after the ceremony and that is where I played a mix of tropical tunes while all of the guests mingled and enjoyed drinks and appetizers.  I took the time to decorate the ballroom with 24 amber, LED, wireless up-lights and dance floor lights all provided by Eddie B & Company.  As the guests entered the ballroom I lined up the 16 member bridal party for the grand entrance.  Kat chose You Make My Dreams Come True by Hall & Oats for the bridal party intros and John Cena's intro song for her and Jon.  The first dance was to Millionaire by Chris Stapleton then Kat danced with her dad to My Little Girl by Steve Kirwin and Jon danced with his mom to Simple Man by Lynyrd Skynyrd.  The toasts were given by Kristina (maid of honor), Dan and Jon (best men) and by Kat's dad Mr. Denoncourt.  All of the guests found their seats and prepared for a 4 station/buffet style meal.  Kat did provide me with a small play list and asked me to play to her guests and to have fun.  Needless to say this was a very high energy group of guests that filled the dance floor quickly after dinner.  I played a mix of top 40, classic rock, Motown, 80s and 90s dance hits and oldies.  The dancing continued all night until the cake cutting ceremony and the garter/bouquet toss was performed.  Great time had by all and as I played the last songs which were Closing Time by SemiSonic and Save The Last Dance For Me by Michael Buble, everyone gathered on the dance floor for a big send-off.  Congrats to Kat, Jon and the entire Olson and Denoncourt families.
