On Nov. 27th, 2010 I played for a wedding on the Catalina Yacht in Ft. Lauderdale for Dr. Dexter & Kelly Sereda. It was a fun night for family and friends. As guests borded and made there way to the top deck for the ceremony, upbeat music filled the air.The bridal party walked to "Just The Way You Are" by Bruno Mars, which put a smile on all of the guests faces.Kelly chose "Forever In Love" by Kenny G for her processional,.and "Forever & For Always" by Shania Twain for the recessional. For cocktail hour, a mix of 70/80's upbeat music. As I introduced the newlyweds the song of choice was"I Got A Feeling" by Black Eyed Peas going right into the first dance "Here" by Rascal Flatts. After a toast and a great meal...It was party time....I had a great mix of family and friends, requests were plentiful and I played everyone of them, lol...a mix of Top 40, R&b, 80's/90's Dance, & Reggae. The dance floor was jamming. I also added a mix of latin music along with a few Hatian songs. Best wishes was a send off as guest made a circle around the couple and I played "Closing Time" by Semi Sonic requested by them. As always Carol and her crew,Sandee Jewell of "Black Tie Photography" and myself gave a happy couple a day to remember....best wishes Dexter & Kelly....Thanxs Roberto (DJ Rob)
