Wedding an Reception at The "W" Hotel / Fort Lauderdale Beach

Guillaume and Rebecca Chetail celebrated their wedding at the W in Ft. Lauderdale, FL on 1/20/2018.  Approximately 100 close friends and family members arrived to the W that Saturday late afternoon and were directed to the 5th floor patio area for the ceremony.  The weather was perfect for an outdoor ceremony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.  After the ceremony all of the guests were invited to the cocktail hour right outside of the ballroom on the 2nd floor.  Rebecca supplied me with a play list for the cocktail hour.  I also took the time to decorate the ballroom with 24 blue colored, LED, wireless up-lights and dance floor lights all provided by Eddie B & Company.  As the guests entered the ballroom they all found their seats then I introduced the happy couple.  The first dance was to Perfect by Ed Sheeran and Beyonce and during that song Guillaume also danced with his mom and Rebecca danced with her dad.  The toasts were given by Shana (sister of the bride) and Bruno (father of the bride).   Guillaume did provide me with a play list that included top 40, French favorites, oldies and Motown.  After everyone finished their meals the dance floor was the place to be.  There was no cake cutting, or garter/bouquet toss that evening it was more about the dancing fun.  The closing song for the evening was Imagine by The Beatles and that put a bow on a great Saturday night wedding .  Congrats to Rebecca, Guillaume and the entire Chetail and Korda families.
