Wedding and Reception Aboard the Caprice Yacht

I had the pleasure of DJing Per and Carmen’s wedding on board the Caprice on Feb 5, 2022. While the guests arrived I played beautiful music from Hillsong at the Bride’s request. The Bride walked down the aisle to a beautiful instrumental version of Perfect by Ed Sheeran. For the recessional I played the traditional “Air” by Handel. The crowd was loving the warm Florida air on the top deck! After the ceremony I introduced the Bride and Groom for the very first time to “Come Fly with Me” by Frank Sinatra. Per and Carmen had their first dance to Unchained Melody by the Righteous Brothers and Carmen danced with her father to The Way You Look Tonight by Frank Sinatra. This was followed by Black Eyed Peas I Gotta Feeling and some lively dancing!  After this Scott Betz gave a toast and said a prayer and then the guests went downstairs to dine. After dinner I played a mix of classic rock, merengue, cha cha, and salsa that made for a packed dance floor. There were performances from friends including poetry and a rendition of Can’t Help Falling in Love. Carmen’s father sang a song to! It was an absolutely perfect wedding and reception. The couple cut the cake to Sugar, Sugar by the Archies and Carmen threw her bouquet to Single Ladies by Beyoncé. The night wrapped up with What a Wonderful World by Louis Armstrong. It was an honor to be a part of Per and Carmen’s special day!
